He excels at making quick decisions in critical moments to meet deadlines and possesses deep knowledge of innovative construction methods and effective materials.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to align on project goals and specifications
- Secure and manage all necessary permits and inspections required for construction activities
- Manage procurement processes, including negotiating contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any delays or issues in the field
Alex Shikhanov

With over two decades of experience in the construction and real estate industries, Alex has built and scaled multiple successful companies focused on residential renovations, new home development, and commercial real estate investment. He is known for his strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and ability to deliver complex projects with efficiency and precision. Alex brings a unique blend of design sensibility and operational discipline to every venture he leads.
